am currently experimenting with different brownie recipes and trying this one. But I dont have the unsweetened chocolate so am opting for the cocoa substitute. What do you mean with +1 tbsp fat? Is it shortening, oil, or will margarine do?

im a baker, you should mix the walnuts in the mixture and not on top, and greased pan is a baking pan that have been greased, or let say baking pan that is brushed wirh butter,or lard or oil or magarine or sprayed with grease spray, greasing the pan is a must so the brownies won’t stick to the baking pan after baking

hi, just would like to double check the amount of the unsweetened chocolate. is it 2 1oz? so thats like 56grams? i tried it and my brownies didnt turn brown, just beige in color. but still yummy.
